Government

    This is a Monarchy, and the Empress is usually a sorceress. She will chose an Emperor to rule alongside her, and each has equal power. When an Empress dies she will pass on her power to another little girl, who will be trained by the Emperor, if he is still alive.

    The Empress and the Emperor have a circle of four Imperials. The Imperial of the Treasury, the Imperial of, the Imperial of Arms, the Imperial of Benevolence, and the Imperial of Justice.

    The Imperial of the Treasury manages taxes and distributes funds where they are needed. A male dragon usually fills this position.

    The Imperial of Benevolence speaks for the people; this person will often travel from town to town taking in problems that need to be remedied. This position is often filled by a female Aerian (if one can be found) or a female Silveryn.

    The Imperial of Arms basically organizes the army and makes sure that the damage from natural disasters and national emergencies is taken care of. This position is usually filled by male or female Gargoyle.

    The Imperial of Justice duty is to enforce the laws of Emynii. A male Endomature usually fills the position.

    Dukes and Duchesses manage castles and any land surrounding them. These people are often consider themselves outside the government.

    Governors and Governess' are always wealthy and rule over a region of Emynii. They are in frequent contact with the Imperials.

    Lords and Ladies rule over one town, and usually live in a manor. They frequently contact the Governors and Governess'.
