  3. I am only going to accept 5 members of each species until each species has 5. That way we can keep a balanced population

  4. Obey and read all notices by either Holly or Kelsey. They may be important.

  5. If you see someone playing out of character, please report them to Kelsey or Holly. I don't have time to read EVERY SINGLE THREAD.

  6. Appearances- as far as appearances for races go they are only suggestions for instance a dark elf can have white hair and black skin.� Its ok, as long as you're not completely out there.� Like pink and purple polka dots or something.

  7. No cross overs. Vulcans don't count as elves! *grynz* And there was no intelligent life when humans arrived on Emynii.

Now for some rules about Magic!

  1. The magic suggestions for races are pretty much what they are.� Suggestions.� However, your person can't control the opposite element. A Person of the Mer and fire just don't mix!� But a Person of the Mer could have minor control over the element of nature.

  2. They exception is that the heavenly magic of the dark elves, this technique cannot be preformed by other races.� Also, wind magic is applicable to all races.

  3. Another thing.� Magic hasn't been completely mastered in this world, so you can only have minor control over a certain element.� Dark Elves have a little more power, but the price is that it is often erratic.� The goal of Cerrina and Emmnishae is to collect all the alien artifacts.� With all of them collected and placed in the Scarred Temple one is able to master and distribute magic, but until this happens your persona is stuck with what s/he's got.

  4. Lastly, healing isn't a magic, it's a gift possessed by all, using the essence of the planet and the life it supports.� However, this gift does seem to favor Earth Keepers.
